Shipping & Handling

Section 1 · Order Processing

The shipment of your product is our highest priority. Each day we dispatch hundreds of orders to satisfied customers across the globe. Because most of our partner warehouses are internationally based, shipping and handling times can vary; therefore, we are unable to offer next-day delivery.

Orders are prepared and handed to our carrier within 1 – 2 business days after payment confirmation. Immediately after payment we forward your order to our suppliers for verification, tailoring, quality checks and secure packaging—an additional step that can take 1 – 4 extra days. “Business days” exclude weekends and public holidays. Once your parcel leaves our facility we will send a dispatch-confirmation email with a tracking link. You may follow progress anytime on the Order-Tracking page using your order number.

Section 2 · Transit Times

Typical transit from our warehouse to destination takes 10 – 15 calendar days. For reference, most parcels to the USA & worldwide arrive within 7 – 14 working days after the shipping date (order-processing time mentioned above not included). Actual delivery may vary due to weather disruptions, labour strikes, customs inspections or other events beyond Homezion’s control. By purchasing you acknowledge these factors and agree Homezion cannot be held liable for resulting delays.

Section 3 · Shipping Fees

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders of US $88 or more.
  • Orders below US $88 may select Secure Shipping at a flat rate of US $6.

Your acceptance of these charges is implied when you confirm the order at checkout.

Section 4 · Customs & Import Duties

United States: No customs duties are expected on deliveries to the 50 states and D.C., except in rare cases that will be communicated in advance.
International: Your shipment may be subject to VAT, GST or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Please consult local authorities before ordering. Homezion is not liable for additional costs or delays arising from import procedures.

Section 5 · Returns & Cancellations

You may return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy. Return postage is payable by the customer. Requests that do not follow the stated procedure may be declined.

Section 6 · Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can locate your parcel directly from our website at any time. While the vast majority of our carriers provide up-to-date tracking, please note that we cannot guarantee tracking availability in all cases.
